Nikos Moschos
ATTORNEY
Nikos Moschos is a Supreme Court lawyer, a University of Thrace Law School graduate and since 2001 he has been a member of the Bar Association of Volos. He is an accredited Ombudsman of the Ministry of Justice while he has attended training seminars in Negotiations.
He owns three Master’s Degrees in Criminal Law from Democritus University of Thrace, Public Law from Democritus University of Thrace, Urban and Spatial Planning from University of Thessaly. He has been Deputy Mayor of Urban Planning and Sustainable Mobility of the Municipality of Volos during the period 2011-2014 and has been Chairman of the Quality Committee Chairman of the Quality of Life Committee, Chairman of the Sustainable Mobility Committee and Chairman of the Arbitrary Objections Committee.

He has been a member of the Council of Urban Issues and Disputes (ΣΥΠΟΘΑ) of Magnesia and Chairman of the Committee of Public Properties of the Regional Unit of Magnesia.

He was a member of the Board of Λ.Ε.Α.Δ.Β, member of the committee of the Bar Association of Volos for human rights, and Chairman of the Board of the Association of Athletic Lawyers of Volos. He has been trained as a DPO in Personal Data Protection (GDPR) and speaks English.

Maria-Eleni Bada
ATTORNEY
Maria Eleni Bada is a graduate of the Law School of Democritus University of Thrace and since November 2019 she has been a practicing Lawyer at the Volos Bar Association. She has attended Mediation seminars during the period of November – December 2017, as well as participated in a two-day Scientific Conference on “Labor Law”. She has been a member of ELSA of Komotini for the acquaintance with legal fields and legal Systems of other countries.

She has been distinguished in the 3rd and 4th Panhellenic Mathematical Competition “Euclid” during the period 2009-2010, and she has excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.

She is fluent in English and Russian.

Haris Karotsaki
ATTORNEY
Haris Karotsaki is a Lawyer at the Court of Appeal, a graduate of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki Law School, has been a member of the Volos Bar Association since 2005 and a combative lawyer. Since 2014 she is an Ombudsman accredited by the Ombudsman Certification Committee of the Ministry of Justice and has received special training in negotiations as an owner of the “DIPLOMA IN NEGOTIATIONS” – Certificate of Vocational Education and Training in Negotiations from Athens University of Economics. Since 2016 she has been a legal colsultant at the Volos Cadastral Office with active participation in the Study of the 2nd Phase of Cadastre for the creation of National Cadastre in the Municipal Unit of Volos of the Municipality of Volos of the Regional Unit of Magnesia (Contract KT4-02) and from 2017 She was a legal advisor in the Cadastral Office of East Pelion for the Cadastral Study for the creation of National Cadastre in the Communities of Agios Dimitrios of Pelion, Anilio, Zagora, Kissos, Makryrrachis, Mouresi, Xorychti, Pouri, Tsagarada, Agios Georgios Nileia, Afeton, Vyzitsis, Nechorion, Kalavimos, Kalamonaki, Kaloni, Kaloni Magnesia Unit of the Region of Thessaly and Provision of Support Services (Contract KT1-17).

Since 2017, as an accredited Ombudsman, she has been appointed Coordinator, registered in the record of the Hellenic Secretariat for Private Debt Management (Law 4469/2017 – Out-of-Court Debt Settlement Mechanism).

Since 2017, she is a partner and the headquarters of her office is an official point of settlement for differences of the Mediation Center – ADRpoint, the first private Center for Alternative Consumer Settlement in Greece and the first private Center for Negotiation, Mediation and Electronic Settlement.

She was a Legal Consultant to a credit institution from 2005 to 2015.

She is a member of the Association of Greek Mediators and a member of the Committee of the Volos Bar Association for mediation. The lawyer is fluent in English and also has a very good knowledge of the German language.
